Linking is not automatic. Your Momentum card has to be tied to your online account, and the status-points page warns that without the link you earn neither Status Points nor the double Momentum Dollars offered on set dates. The pages we read do not say what each level receives, which is a gap.

Another gap is more important. We found no published rate for how many Momentum Dollars a dollar wagered produces.
